Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years in quality assurance or quality control within manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience leading quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors.
• Develops, implements, and maintains quality control systems and procedures.
• Conducts root cause analysis and implements CAPA.
• Manages and resolves customer complaints related to product quality.
• Oversees internal and external audits to ensure ISO/IATF compliance.
• Monitors KPIs and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborates with production and engineering to optimize product quality.
