Job summary

Dover Food Retail, located in Conyers, GA, is seeking a Team Lead- Quality to drive safety, quality and productivity on the shop floor. You will lead daily activities, enforce safety policies, manage inspections, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure efficient handoffs between shifts.

Responsibilities include mentoring associates, training under OJT, and supporting continuous improvement with Lean and 6S practices.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and up to two years related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the quality work group and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Establish task times and measure execution efficiency for quality and productivity.
• Support cross-functional teams and participate in production meetings.
• Mentor associates, conduct OJT training, and promote continuous improvement (Lean, 6S).
• Escalate issues to the Quality Supervisor and coordinate hand-offs between shifts.
