Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Team Lead - Electrical in Conyers, GA to guide daily production, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. You will coach associates, manage tasks, and coordinate with supervision to meet delivery goals.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience, plus basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel, Outlook, AS400). Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and AS400 or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production tasks and allocate work to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety and quality policies are followed (R3, 6S).
• Monitor and improve team performance and productivity.
• Provide on-the-floor coaching and OJT training for new hires.
• Work with supervisor to meet and exceed production goals.
• Communicate daily feedback on goals and performance to associates.
