Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Quality Team Lead for day shift (Mon-Thu, 7am-5pm) to drive QA processes and supervise inspectors.

You will ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently, review first shots, assist with test run evaluations, and help train team members in a hands-on, collaborative environment. The role requires reading detailed part prints, strong MS Office skills, and experience with MicroVu or similar inspection equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have a one-year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and understand detailed part prints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proven ability to use MicroVu and other inspection equipment, as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hands-on skillset by performing required tasks of a Quality Control Technician
• Support Technicians and Inspectors in completion of all Quality Processes
• Review and Approve First Shots for Technicians in First Shot Qualification
• Assist with completion of Test Run Evaluations
• Assist in maintaining training of Team Members
• Complete containment activities, as required
• Monitor Inspection Lab for improvements
• Report improvement opportunities to immediate Supervisor
• Conduct periodic audits of the processes
• Ensure process documentation is being completed properly
• Assist with scheduling of Team Members, as needed
• Perform other duties, as assigned
