Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Team Lead for the night shift (6pm–4am, Monday to Thursday) in Fort Worth, TX.

You will lead Quality Control Inspectors and Technicians to ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced plastics and manufacturing environment. The role requires a certificate or relevant experience, strong reading of part prints, and proficiency with MS Office and inspection tools like MicroVu.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-year certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months related experience
• Ability to read and understand detailed part prints
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proven ability to use MicroVu and other inspection equipment

Responsibilities

• Maintain hands-on quality control tasks and support QC Inspectors/Technicians
• Review and approve first shots for qualification processes
• Assist with test run evaluations and training of team members
• Conduct periodic process audits and document improvements
• Assist with scheduling and other duties as assigned
