Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Quality Team Lead for the night shift (7pm–5am, Mon–Thu). You will guide Quality Control Inspectors and Technicians to complete daily tasks and maintain high standards.

The role combines hands-on testing with process oversight, coaching staff, reviewing first shots, and driving improvements. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college/technical school, or 3–6 months related experience, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand detailed part prints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proven ability to use MicroVu and other inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hands-on skillset by performing required tasks of a Quality Control Technician.
• Support Technicians and Inspectors in completion of all Quality Processes.
• Review and Approve First Shots for Technicians in First Shot Qualification.
• Assist with completion of Test Run Evaluations.
• Assist in maintaining training of Team Members.
• Complete containment activities, as required.
• Monitor Inspection Lab for improvements.
• Report improvement opportunities to immediate Supervisor.
• Conduct periodic audits of the processes.
• Ensure process documentation is being completed properly.
• Assist with scheduling of Team Members, as needed.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
