Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Quality Team Lead for the Night Shift (Friday to Sunday, 6pm–6am) to supervise Quality Control Technicians and ensure efficient daily tasks within the Quality Team.

The role requires hands-on inspection work, ability to review prints, and proficiency with MS Office; MicroVu experience is a plus. Join a collaborative, safety-focused environment offering benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from College or Technical School; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and understand detailed part prints
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proven ability to use MicroVu and other inspection equipment, as appropriate

Responsibilities

• Maintain hands-on skillset by performing required tasks of a Quality Control Technician
• Support Technicians and Inspectors in completion of all Quality Processes
• Review and Approve First Shots for Technicians in First Shot Qualification
• Assist with completion of Test Run Evaluations
• Assist in maintaining training of Team Members
• Complete containment activities, as required
• Monitor Inspection Lab for improvements
• Report improvement opportunities to immediate Supervisor
• Conduct periodic audits of the processes
• Ensure process documentation is being completed properly
• Assist with scheduling of Team Members, as needed
• Perform other duties, as assigned
