Job summary

US Conec is seeking a Quality Control Technician for the Friday–Sunday night shift (6pm–6am) in Fort Worth, TX. You will perform incoming inspection of molded and purchased parts, use MicroVu/vision system and precision tools to ensure parts meet engineering and quality standards, and document results.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data recording, coordination with Tooling, Molding, and QA teams, and support across warehouse and assembly as needed.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months related training.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed part and assembly prints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect molded and purchased parts using measurement tools to verify conformance.
• Record dimensional data electronically and ensure part specifications are met.
• Communicate inspection status to Tooling, Molding, and Quality teams.
• Support warehouse ops by placing approved components into inventory.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
• Assist in root cause investigations using process data and standards.
