Job summary

Lightera in Carrollton, GA is seeking a Quality Supervisor to organize daily activities of In-process and Final Inspectors, ensuring OFS specs are met and cable testing prioritized by ship date.

You will lead the quality team, develop and maintain QC systems, and drive corrective actions. Strong leadership and GMP knowledge preferred; requires 5–7 years in manufacturing QA and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 2–4 years quality experience or related area.
• 5–7 years manufacturing experience with strong emphasis on Quality Management.
• 3–5 years proven leadership experience.
• Experience supervising manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of Quality Team Members and organize workflow.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality control systems.
• Oversee inspections, testing and evaluation to ensure product conformity.
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints.
• Prepare and maintain weekly time/attendance and safety reports.
