Job summary

Sustainable Talent in Jeffersonville, Indiana, seeks a Quality Team Manager to lead the Quality organization for a new Battery Pack Assembly facility from launch through steady-state production. You will establish the Quality Operating System (QOS) and serve on the Plant Operating Committee, driving quality strategy and performance.

This role oversees incoming and supplier quality, leads launches, mentors staff, and partners with plant leadership, MP&L, and suppliers to ensure customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an automotive industry quality function.
• Flexibility to work standard, operating and rotational schedules, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality organization for a new Battery Pack Assembly facility from launch through steady-state production.
• Establish and champion the Quality Operating System (QOS).
• Oversee incoming and supplier quality; lead quality activities for new model launches; mentor plant personnel on QOS principles.
• Drive quality reviews and policy deployment; coordinate cross-functional problem solving; manage staffing in the Quality department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety audits, and recall-prevention actions; partner with plant leadership and MP&L.
• Co-chair monthly incoming quality meetings; monitor supplier quality and containment actions.
