Job summary

Triumph Group in West Hartford, CT is seeking an Engineer, Quality 2 to lead the quality team in a union environment. You will supervise 5+ quality staff, schedule work, and ensure 100% product quality while maintaining a safe workplace.

The role includes managing on-site calibration services and coordinating training and performance management. Responsibilities include ensuring QMS, ISO 10012 and AS9100 compliance, interfacing with engineering for calibration tolerances, and driving Lean/Six

Qualifications

• Experience with aerospace assembly and test practices is desirable.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools are preferred.

Responsibilities
