Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Quality Systems & Training Specialist (Finance) to develop and deploy training content, support the LMS, and ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements in a highly regulated medical device environment.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, prepare audit documentation, generate training metrics, and drive continuous improvement of Quality Management System processes. This role offers growth within a global healthcare leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience developing training content with Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience in regulated environments and supporting training/quality processes.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and deploy training content and processes to support Quality and business requirements.
• Manage employee accounts, training assignments, and user roles within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Partner with cross-functional departments to review, update, and approve training content.
• Respond to inquiries and requests from business partners regarding training requirements and activities.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly training reports and metrics to support business needs.
• Prepare training documentation and records to support audit readiness and compliance.
• Support internal and external inspections and audits by providing required training documentation and information.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects, including automation and optimization of Quality Management System processes.
• Collaborate with Quality and other functional teams on initiatives to improve training effectiveness, compliance, and operational efficiency.
