Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in Quality, Learning & Development, Quality Systems, or regulated environments.
• Or an advanced degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading training and user readiness for large-scale system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and implementation readiness for enterprise programs with integrated plans and milestones.
• Coordinate development, delivery, and tracking of instructor-led, eLearning, and virtual training.
• Ensure compliance of training plans, records, and activities with quality requirements.
