You will oversee the quality management system, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage staff training and records, and drive continuous improvement through audits, CAPA, and data analysis. This role reports to the Center Manager and partners with the quality team to maintain donor safety and

Formación

• BS degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent.
• Experience managing quality systems in a donor center or clinical lab.
• Familiar with cGMP, CLIA, and SOPs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the center's quality management system and continuous improvement.
• Direct regulatory compliance and SOP implementations.
• Maintain training program and records for staff competency.
• Collaborate with Center Manager on product quality and safety.
• Lead audits, CAPA, and corrective actions.
• Report on quality metrics and trends.
