Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Quality Systems & Training Manager to lead the donor center's quality management system and training programs. You will coordinate corrective actions, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain regulatory compliance to protect donor safety and product quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in quality systems, GMP, and audits within healthcare/pharma settings. This position is based in the United States and involves direct leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field required.
• Experience managing quality systems in healthcare/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Ability to lead audits and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center's quality management system and continuous quality improvement.
• Direct and monitor processes ensuring regulatory compliance and SOP implementation.
• Maintain training programs and records for staff competency.
• Collaborate with Center Manager to ensure product quality and donor safety.
• Lead personnel functions for Quality Associate including hiring and training.
• Manage internal and external audits and corrective actions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for deviations and customer complaints.
