Job summary

Grifols, S.A. seeks a Quality Systems Manager for the plasma donor center to lead the quality system, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, and company SOPs. The role focuses on continuous quality improvement and staff training.

The ideal candidate holds a BS degree with 2+ years in a medical GMP environment, preferably with plasma or whole blood exposure, and must be prepared to travel within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience in a medical GMP regulated environment.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates processes and coordinates strategic implementation of quality system processes.
• Maintains oversight of the center’s quality management system and ensures continuous quality improvement.
• Directs and monitors regulatory compliance and implements SOPs for quality control.
