Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Quality Systems Associate to support quality assurance and training functions within a donor center environment. The role ensures compliance with internal procedures and external regulations, performing product release activities and maintaining training records.

Under the supervision of the Quality Systems Manager, you will review QC records, investigate deviations, and assist with ensuring donor safety and product quality in a plasma center setting.

Responsibilities

• Completes weekly review of equipment QC and maintenance records.
• Documents, investigates, and performs root-cause analysis for deviations and customer complaints related to product quality and donor safety.
• Inspects and releases incoming supplies; investigates and reports supplies that have not met quality specifications.
• Performs documentation review for unsuitable test results.
• Assists to ensure center training programs follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Performs product release activities and reviews related documentation.
• Reviews donor center adverse events and plasma processing documentation.
