Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Quality Systems Associate to support quality assurance and training efforts. You will help ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and protocol within a plasma center setting.

Under the supervision of the Quality Systems Manager, the role includes product release activities, review of deviations, and maintenance of training records to uphold donor safety and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• No prior related experience typically required.
• Willingness to follow SOPs and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Completes weekly review of equipment QC and maintenance records.
• Documents, investigates, and performs root-cause analysis for deviations and customer complaints.
• Inspects and releases incoming supplies; reports non-conforming supplies.
• Performs documentation review for unsuitable test results.
• Performs product release activities.
• Reviews lookback information and documentation.
• Reviews waste shipment documentation.
• Reviews donor adverse events reports and related documentation.
• Reviews electronic donor chart exceptions impacting donor eligibility/safety and/or product quality.
