Integra LifeSciences Corporation in Braintree, MA is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist II focused on Training and Document Control. The role administers the site training program, delivers instructor-led sessions, and partners with process owners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will support Agile document workflows, audits, and maintain training records while cross-training to cover document control.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in Quality Systems, Training, Document Control, or related function within a regulated environment.
• Experience with electronic document management, learning management, or Quality Management System.

Responsabilidades

• Training & Learning Support: administration of the site Training program, curricula, records, reporting, and follow-up.
• Serve as a qualified trainer for designated Quality System and site processes, delivering instructor-led, group, and individual training.
• Develop, maintain, and improve training materials, presentations, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Partner with process owners to ensure training content reflects procedural and regulatory requirements.
• Support onboarding and role-based training for new and existing employees.
• Monitor training compliance and follow up on overdue or noncompliant training.
• Investigate and resolve training-related issues including curriculum, documentation, and system discrepancies.
• Support training-related audit readiness, retrieval and review of training records.
• Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and user experience of the Training program.
• Quality Systems / Document Control: support Agile document workflows, review documentation for completeness and compliance, provide system support, and assist with change-control activities.
• Backup coverage for Document Control and other Quality Systems activities; support metrics, data quality reviews, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
