Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college or work experience equivalent.
• 2+ years in training administration/LMS with exposure to document control or quality systems.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and data systems; strong Excel/Word skills.
• Experience with eQMS software (ComplianceWire and MasterControl preferred).
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, QSR and related regulatory guidance.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer training activities in ComplianceWire and MasterControl.
• Execute training assignments and curriculum requests from departments and managers.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire training to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain training records and data across systems.
• Troubleshoot training-related issues (access, assignments, curricula, records).
• Coordinate training around document releases, revisions and change control.
• Provide training records during audits, inspections, and reviews.
• Support document control activities within the QMS (routing, workflows, approvals).
• Support records management, retrieval, storage, retention, and disposition.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering on ERP items (NetSuite) and CAD platforms.
