Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery is hiring a Quality Systems Technician to uphold food safety and product quality, collaborating with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance and Warehouse. The role focuses on supporting BRCGS audits, maintaining records, and verifying CCPs for audit-ready compliance.

This full-time, on-site position in Carteret, NJ offers evening and overnight shifts (3 PM–11 PM and 11 PM–7 AM) with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting BRCGS or third-party audits
• Maintain food safety and quality system records
• Monitor CCPs and preventive controls
• Perform daily production checks
• Collaborate to ensure GMP compliance
• Assist with sanitation documentation and monitoring
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Aufgaben

• Support audit preparation and documentation for BRCGS and third-party audits
• Organize, file, and maintain all Food Safety and Quality Systems records
• Conduct daily production checks to verify product consistency
• Monitor and verify CCPs and preventive controls
• Report any quality issues to the Quality Systems Supervisor
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GMP compliance
• Assist with sanitation documentation and monitoring
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
