Job summary

Des-Case seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our QEMS. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and leadership to improve processes, reduce risk, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will drive audits, CAPA, and data-driven decisions, while mentoring a high-performing quality team in a climate-controlled Goodlettsville plant in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Applied Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a quality leadership or supervisory role, or eight (8) years in quality assurance/quality engineering.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and manufacturing quality principles.
• Demonstrated experience leading root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve the Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) per ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs to measure QEMS effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements.
• Lead root cause investigations using 8D and Fishbone Analysis.
• Manage CAPA programs and verify effectiveness of solutions.
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and improve process capability.
• Lead internal quality audits and support external certification and customer audits.
• Translate customer requirements into quality controls and inspection plans.
• Develop and maintain control plans to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Manage supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and supplier improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop members of the quality team; foster accountability and collaboration.
