Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Quality Tech to identify and implement systematic solutions to quality issues, upholding ISO 9001:2015 standards. You will own development and adherence to the Quality Management System and lead problem solving within assigned production areas.

You will monitor quality KPIs, drive improvement, and coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure sustained corrective actions and compliance with Toyota Quality Systems.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical field with quality engineering emphasis.
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Familiarity with Toyota Quality Systems and QIMS/SQAM is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and prioritize causes for countermeasures.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve quality problems in assigned production areas.
• Monitor quality KPIs and promote area improvements.
• Lead problem solving for short and long-term sustainable solutions.
• Interface with internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and change control with suppliers.
