Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years in quality systems or quality engineering.
• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience with ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.x, ISO17025.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers.
• Experience with QMS software, audit management, and process mapping tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, deployment, and maintenance of the QMS, including document control, audits, CAPA, and change management.
• Align quality system priorities with business unit maturity and customer requirements.
• Ensure system compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, ISO17025.
• Drive readiness and compliance to internal, external, and customer requirements.
• Build internal competencies to support quality system design and execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and software teams on quality system requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of quality systems engineers, specialists, and PMs.
• Oversee audits and closure of non-conformances and improvements.
• Drive integration efforts with JIRA, REX, and QMS/EHS platforms.
• Develop and track quality metrics to assess system effectiveness.
• Partner with training teams to align quality training programs.
• Serve as main contact for quality systems during new program launches.
