A Day in the Life

業務内容

• QMS省令に基づくCV（循環器系製品群）関連製品の品質関連業務の監督
• 他の治療領域担当の品質業務運営責任者との連携（組織が大きいため治療領域で分掌を分けています）
• 他法人の品責との情報共有、業務連携（同じグループ会社の2法人の品責と情報共有等をしていただきます）
• 担当領域の製品群に対する業務:
• 出荷可否判定
• 製品変更管理情報の確認・承認
• 安全確保業務（回収、改修、情報提供等）のプロトコール、書類の確認・承認
• CAPA関連の確認、承認
• 中古品の販売・貸与業者からの通知の処理
• 修理業者からの通知の処理
• 外部監査対応
• 行政機関との折衝（必要に応じ）
• 品質に関わるエスカレーション事案の検討
• 手順書作成、改訂のレビュー
• 社内ステークホルダー（製造業、修理業、薬事部門等）との会議参加

必須知識・経験

• 薬機法、QMS省令、ISO13485の理解
• 外資系での医療機器QAマネジメント経験（3～5年以上）
• 回収等の安全確保措置の経験
• 人材管理能力、社員育成経験
• 高いコミュニケーション能力（日本語）
• 機転、応用力、問題解決能力
• 英語力（手順書理解のため）
