Role Description:
The Business Systems Manager will serve as a critical bridge between the operations, finance, and IT teams, leveraging NetSuite to drive efficiencies, solve operational challenges, and support strategic growth initiatives. The position will report to the Head of Digital Supply Chain and responsibilities will include:
- NetSuite System Management: Serve as a NetSuite power user and system advocate—managing workflows, integrations, saved searches, and day-to-day support across departments while continuously identifying opportunities for system optimization.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement technology-enabled solutions to streamline supply chain, finance, and cross-functional workflows, driving operational efficiency and scalability.
- Business Analysis & Technical Problem Solving: Translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions. Use strong logical thinking to solve complex operational challenges.
- Project Ownership: Independently lead small to mid-sized initiatives from concept to execution. Provide regular project updates and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- EDI Integration: Support and evolve EDI processes using TrueCommerce. Manage new customer transaction setup, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with external partners to maintain smooth data flow.
- Master Data Management: Uphold accuracy and consistency in master data across systems, supporting key business functions with clean, reliable data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, and other teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Technology Thought Leadership: Contribute to the digital roadmap by proposing pragmatic, scalable ideas that improve operations. Stay informed about emerging tech, especially AI, and explore its practical applications within the business.
- Communication & Transparency: Foster a culture of clear communication by proactively sharing progress, blockers, and updates with team members and leadership.

Position Requirements:
- NetSuite Expertise: Proven experience managing NetSuite/SAP in an administrative or power user capacity, with deep proficiency in Saved Searches, reporting, basic configurations, and inventory-related modules (especially standard costing). Familiarity with workflows is a plus.
- Business Analysis & Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into system configurations or enhancements. A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset is essential.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working in and around technology; able to learn new tools quickly and collaborate effectively with IT. Familiarity with scripting concepts or light technical troubleshooting is helpful but not required.
- Jira & Documentation: Demonstrated ability to manage work within a Jira-based environment—creating tickets, updating sprints, and maintaining clear documentation to support visibility and cross-functional collaboration.
- EDI Experience: Experience working with EDI systems preferred, ideally TrueCommerce or similar platforms (e.g., SPS Commerce).
- Master Data Management: Experience with data governance and maintaining data accuracy across systems, especially within a supply chain or finance context.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead small to mid-sized initiatives independently, manage priorities, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and keep leadership informed of progress and roadblocks.
- Excel Proficiency: Strong Excel skills preferred, including comfort with formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
- Middleware: Experience with iPaaS/Middleware preferred (e.g. Boomi, Jitterbit)
- CPG/Supply Chain Experience: Experience in the food industry or broader consumer packaged goods (CPG) space preferred.
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.

- Competitive Compensation: This role offers a salary range of $100,000 to $115,000
