Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Quality Manager for the Omaha, NE site to lead the Quality Management System (EQMS) across the facility. You will own quality governance, testing operations, and supplier/customer quality interfaces as part of the Bellevue Plant Leadership Team.

Relocation assistance is provided and the role demands building scalable quality systems, developing talent, and embedding prevention and continuous improvement into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, quality, or related roles with leadership responsibility.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 based quality systems and audits.
• Strong problem solving, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment and continual improvement of EQMS across the facility.
• Lead ISO 9001 certification programs and internal/external quality audits.
• Manage test operations, product verification, and documentation.
• Drive PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation, and inspection strategies.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain to embed quality in processes.
