Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Quality Manager in Troy, Ohio, to lead the QEHS program for MP US and drive ISO conformity across quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. The role oversees a global engineering and manufacturing footprint and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs.

You will manage policy deployment, lead audits, and mentor the quality team while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and customer audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• ISO Implementation.
• QA/QC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
• Overall responsibility for MP US QEHS work.
• Ensure MP US product quality and compliance.
• Lead and plan the quality department work.
• Maintain and develop current ISO certifications (quality, environment, OH&S).
• Achieve KPI targets across quality, environment, and OH&S.
• Support cross-functional cost-saving projects.
• Contribute to future quality strategy with VP QEHS.
• Execute quality deliverables in projects.
• Lead audits, including customer audits.
