Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Science, or related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in quality management in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001; knowledge of AS9100 strongly preferred.
• Experience leading internal, customer, and third-party audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead site QMS and continual improvement.
• Plan, coordinate, lead and follow up on audits.
• Manage customer complaints, CAPA, and corrective actions.
• Ensure calibration and measurement systems are maintained.
• Develop quality KPIs and conduct management reviews.
