Job summary

Swagelok Minnesota is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Chaska, Minnesota, to drive a culture of quality and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. This role involves leading quality initiatives, overseeing nonconformance processes, and managing quality performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in quality within manufacturing and/or distribution.
• 1-2+ years of direct or indirect supervision of others.
• Experience with quality systems, nonconformance management, and root cause analysis.

• Own and improve the quality management system.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable the Quality Inspector.
