Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Technical Field
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing process design and development, quality planning, and/or quality control supervision
• 6+ months ISO/QS9000 implementation and/or auditing
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Advise and train engineering on quality plans and process control plans.
• Provide guidance on statistical capability studies to ensure product/process quality.
• Lead cross-functional quality improvements and document outcomes.
• Train personnel in quality planning tools and gage/measurement methods.
• Coordinate audits with internal, customer, and supplier teams.
