Job summary

Swagelok Minnesota | North Dakota | Appleton is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Chaska, Minnesota. You will lead a quality-focused culture, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and drive clarity and consistency in work execution.

The role emphasizes lean methods, audits, CAPAs, and cross-functional collaboration to improve end-to-end performance. You will manage the Quality Inspector, monitor KPIs, and develop people through hands-on training and structured problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• 1–2+ years of supervision experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
• Experience with nonconformance management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Internal auditor training or audit experience.
• Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with calibration systems and document control.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of quality and drive ownership at all levels of the organization.
• Oversee compliance and regulatory requirements; respond to audits and stakeholder requests.
• Lead nonconformance investigations from identification to resolution.
• Support manufacturing quality through inspection processes and KPIs.
• Drive structured problem-solving initiatives and CAPA processes.
• Lead audit readiness and manage internal and external audits.
• Ensure integrity and readiness of quality records, certifications and training documentation.
