Job summary

CIC Construction is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System across its industrial construction and manufacturing operations. You will strengthen safety, quality, and operational excellence while reducing risk and ensuring project delivery on schedule.

You will lead audits, document control, CAPA, and cross-functional process improvements, collaborating with engineering, construction, and manufacturing teams to align with ISO

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction, industrial services, engineering, or related project-based environments.
• Experience implementing and managing a QMS, including internal auditing, document control, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Experience developing SOPs, work instructions, process maps, forms, templates, and other controlled documentation.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and supporting multi-location operations.

Responsibilities

• Review quality performance metrics and internal audit findings.
• Partner with department leaders, project teams, and field operations to standardize and improve processes.
• Manage document control for policies, procedures, forms, templates, and work instructions.
• Conduct internal audits and lead corrective and preventive action, including root cause analysis.
• Deliver training, drive process governance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
