Job summary

Facility Services Management Inc. is seeking a QCM/BPRM Manager to ensure our products and services meet contract requirements, are compliant, and aligned with ISO 9001:2015.

The role involves coordinating activities to uphold the QMS, producing performance data, and advising top management on QMS changes. You will work with other managers to ensure the quality system functions, train staff on quality objectives, and manage audits and supplier quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; some college preferred.
• At least 2 years in quality control evaluation and reporting in construction or facility management.
• Experience in CDC-inspected healthcare facilities (BSL-2/3/4) per NIH/CDC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Quality Management System (QMS) per contract and ISO 9001:2015.
• Act as contractor's representative: authorize removal, rework or replacement of defective items.
• Perform inspections, determine corrective and preventive actions, and follow up.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers to ensure corrective actions and compliance.
• Prepare quality plans, policies, procedures, and summaries for subcontract activities.
• Plan and conduct internal audits of QMS.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and promote quality awareness.
• Coordinate Subcontractor Performance Evaluation program.
