Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Quality System Leader to join the Kapton Films team in Circleville, Ohio. You will own the ISO 9001:2015 QMS, drive improvements with operations, and support growth projects across film manufacturing sites with about 10% travel.

Responsibilities include maintaining QMS effectiveness, leading supplier quality development, and implementing tools like FMEA, Control Plan, MSA and PPAP to ensure quality and consistency through the value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field required.
• Extensive ISO 9001:2015 QMS knowledge and lead auditor certification.
• Strong quality engineering mindset with tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP).
• Strong data analysis skills using JMP, LIMS, and MES.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
• At least 7 years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Kapton Films QMS under ISO 9001:2015.
• Drive QMS improvements with operations teams across sites.
• Support growth projects and identify gaps for quality system needs.
• Provide status updates and propose resolutions for system gaps or risks.
• Support supplier and raw material management, MAQMSR/IATF needs as applicable.
• Develop and implement a supplier management system within development frameworks.
