Job summary

Grifols, S.A seeks a Quality Systems Manager (QSM) to lead the plasma donor center's quality management, training, and regulatory compliance. You will design and implement SOPs, manage audits, and drive corrective actions to ensure product quality and donor safety.

The role requires a BS degree or equivalent and 2+ years in a cGMP-regulated environment, preferably with plasma experience. Location: Goldsboro, NC; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent required.
• 2 years of related medical or cGMP experience.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes and coordinate strategic implementation of quality system processes.
• Maintain oversight of the quality management system and drive continuous improvement.
• Direct compliance with applicable regulations and implement SOPs for quality control.
• Oversee staff training records and ensure competency.
• Collaborate with Center Manager to ensure product quality and donor safety.
• Oversee audits, CAPAs, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Prepare quality analysis reports and track issues to goals.
