Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct quality programs.
• Lead the Quality Department and train staff.
• Interpret quality philosophy to personnel.
• Provide status reports on inspection and quality concerns.
• Develop and initiate standards for inspection, testing and evaluation.
• Plan and oversee analysis, inspection, testing and integration to assure quality.
• Perform quality-engineering reviews of design documentation.
• Apply SPC methods for data analysis to evaluate processes.
• Review data from QC/QA activities for consistency with policies.
• Present technical information to Management.
• Direct inspection and testing activities to control materials and products.
• Fulfill Environmental Management Representative duties and conduct reviews.
• Manage returns analysis and reporting.
