Job summary

Environmental Air Systems is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC program across all manufacturing sites in the HQ network. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; relevant experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management or production management.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a standardized Quality Control Program across all EAS Manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry best practices.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to product quality, defect rates, and inspection efficiency.
• Evaluate the Quality Control Program to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Control Inspectors across all assigned sites.
• Forecast and plan staffing needs, equipment, and other resources to support quality control activities.
