Job summary

TRUMPF Inc. in Farmington, CT seeks a Quality Manager with a strong manufacturing background to lead quality control and assurance, develop KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across incoming goods, in-process, and final inspections.

You will mentor staff, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, coordinate with suppliers, and implement robust control plans. The role requires 5–10 years of QA/QC/quality engineering, a BA in engineering, and experience with SAP and lean methods.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with SAP and understanding of manufacturing methods and lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality control and quality assurance teams to execute improvement efforts and manage inspections (incoming goods, in-process, final).
• Identify quality issues, analyze data, implement solutions, and develop control plans.
• Develop department goals aligned with company objectives and drive action plans.
