Job summary

Delta Star Inc. seeks a Quality Systems Specialist to lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s QMS aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards. The role drives audits, quality metrics, and standardized practices across locations.

You will partner with Site Quality Managers to close gaps, implement corrective actions, and train internal auditors. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in quality systems are required; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum three years in quality systems, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and audits, preferably as lead auditor.
• Experience with supplier quality management and problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
• Develop and execute internal and external audit strategies.
• Partner with Site Quality Managers to close gaps and drive improvements.
• Report quality metrics and support management reviews.
• Train and mentor internal auditors and improve audit practices.
• Coordinate supplier qualification activities and quality initiatives.
