Danone U.S. seeks a Quality & Food Safety Director to lead all QA and food safety activities at the West Jordan, Utah facility, partnering with plant and corporate leaders to build a best-in-class quality culture and ensure regulatory compliance across FDA, GFSI/FSSC 22000, and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or microbiology or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of quality experience within a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal quality regulations desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality & Food Safety strategy and performance across the facility.
• Oversee compliance with FDA, GFSI/FSSC 22000 and other standards.
• Manage audits, corrective actions, and KPI improvement.
• Coach and mentor a team of quality professionals and collaborate cross-functionally.
