Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality System Engineer to advance our internal QMS, drive digital tooling, and partner with engineering and manufacturing to ensure compliant, scalable quality systems across our Arsenal 1 facility and sites. Your work will enable audits, implement new QMS capabilities, and support continuous improvement for mission-critical defense products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing.
Experience with QMS standards and auditing in complex product environments (ISO/AS standards).
Familiarity with QMS software solutions and data analytics platforms.
Understanding of ERP/PLM/BI systems and software implementation processes.
Proven track record of implementing and sustaining QMS improvements.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of the QMS and its top-level processes, including audits.
Assist in QMS software implementation and site adoption across Anduril sites.
Collaborate with product quality and manufacturing engineers to meet QMS requirements.
Develop and maintain QMS tooling, training, and documentation.
Support internal audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
