Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Quality System Engineer to advance our internal QMS and digitization efforts. You will scope, implement, and govern QMS processes and tools across manufacturing sites, suppliers, and Arsenal 1, driving continuous improvement and audit readiness.

The role requires hands-on QMS expertise, data analytics, and project leadership to build scalable, world-class quality systems in a defense manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing in a complex product environment.
• Working knowledge with QMS software solutions (e.g., Net Inspect, SAP, ETQ, MasterControl).
• Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms and basic data visualization.
• Proven project management for software system implementations and supplier onboarding.
• Knowledge of ERP, PLM, and BI systems.
• U.S. citizenship is required for contractual reasons.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage the QMS and its top-level processes and audits.
• Lead QMS software implementation and adoption across sites.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet QMS requirements.
• Define a QMS roadmap to scale quality processes as the company grows.
• Serve as a systems expert for quality tools, data, and processes.
• Coordinate with external audit agencies and support customer audits.
• Manage internal audit program and training records.
