Job summary

Timken is seeking a Quality Systems Analyst to manage documentation, audits, PFMEA development, and corrective actions for NA Rail Quality and Operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in quality systems, with ERP/Excel proficiency and strong communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years in quality system work required.
• Manufacturing experience and proficiency with Excel preferred.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality system documentation (manuals, procedures, control plans, work instructions).
• Interface with Sales Engineers regarding customer specifications and ensure revision control.
• Lead internal audits and PFMEA reviews for processes.
• Manage corrective actions (CARs) and prevent recurrence with data-driven actions.
• Issue Certificates of Conformance/Inspection with shipments as required.
• Support EPV program and training functions as needed.
