Job summary

Corning in Kentucky seeks a Quality professional to strengthen product quality systems and drive improvements across new products and processes. You will lead data-driven analysis, coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to ensure quality requirements are met.

The role emphasizes root cause investigation, process capability assessment, and cross-team collaboration, with minimal travel and typical daytime hours. A technical degree and 1–2+ years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering preferred).
• 1–2+ years in manufacturing/process experience; quality experience preferred, internship accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer specifications integration to manufacturing and monitor attribute results for improvements.
• Serve as Quality Representative on New Product/Equipment Teams to ensure quality requirements.
• Act as plant representative on division quality teams for new products and audits.
• Facilitate root cause analysis on nonconforming products/processes; collaborate with supply chain and engineering.
