Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. seeks a technical expert to independently identify, engineer, and optimize data, software, or technology solutions addressing critical business needs in LIMS, automated lab testing, and analytics.

You will lead cloud-native design and operations of LIMS services, AI-enabled data analytics, and enterprise-scale solutions on AWS/Azure, with a focus on security, compliance (GxP), and scalable architectures across quality and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related experience; Master’s with 4 years’ acceptable
• Extensive hands-on experience deploying applications in AWS or Azure cloud for enterprise LIMS and integrations
• Experience with full software development lifecycle including version control (git), CICD pipelines, testing, and regional cloud deployments for quality and operational platforms
• Proven track record of creative technology implementations driving quality or operations gains
• Strong knowledge of SDLC processes (waterfall and agile)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, operation, and optimization of cloud services supporting LIMS, automated lab testing, and data analytics platforms
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and tune performance for enterprise-scale applications
• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant cloud-native solutions using REST APIs, microservices, and containerized technologies
• Create and maintain Agile, test-driven development workflows for regulated systems, ensuring GxP and compliance requirements
• Execute the full software development lifecycle, including version control (git), CICD pipelines, testing, and regional cloud deployments for quality and operational platforms
