Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. seeks an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and support business applications and AI-powered solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and user experience.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, product owners, and architects to deliver technology solutions that address needs and drive measurable outcomes. You will prototype rapidly using modern development and AI technologies, delivering production-ready applications and ensuring security

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting modern business applications.
• Experience developing full-stack web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript, or equivalent languages.
• Experience developing cloud-based solutions, preferably within Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge of AI and Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, copilots.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support business applications, automations, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects to deliver technology solutions.
• Deliver a range of solutions from lightweight tools to production-ready apps.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve productivity and user experience.
• Prototype rapidly using modern development and AI technologies and move concepts to value.
• Mentor and coach developers, promote engineering best practices and continuous learning.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes including planning, estimation, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
