Job summary

AbbVie in the United States seeks a technical expert to design, engineer, and optimize data and software solutions for LIMS, automated lab testing, and analytics. You will lead cloud-native development, RESTful integrations, and scalable platforms across quality and operations.

Responsibilities include driving the full SDLC with CI/CD, ensuring GxP compliance, and evaluating AI/ML approaches with cross-functional teams. Experience with Scitara, LabX, Ignition and related tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years in a related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience deploying enterprise cloud apps (AWS/Azure) for LIMS/integrations.
• Experience with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and regional cloud deployments for quality platforms.
• Programming experience in C#, Java, Python (or similar).
• Familiarity with AI/analytics and regulated environments (GxP, FDA).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, operation, and optimization of cloud services supporting LIMS and data analytics platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and tune performance for enterprise-scale apps.
• Architect and develop scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-native solutions using microservices and containers.
• Implement Agile, test-driven workflows for regulated systems and ensure compliance.
• Drive full software development lifecycle including version control and CI/CD pipelines.
