Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 3+ years in similar consulting industry.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Adobe PDF and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local administrative support to office leadership for QMS management.
• Monitor QA/QC activities using the QMIS system.
• Coordinate annual hard copy destruction.
• Report QMS implementation, lessons learned, and audit resolutions.
• Update local processes supporting QMS and ILG requirements.
• Assist with responses to staff questions on policies and procedures.
