Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Manager for the Fremont, CA area to lead the quality function onsite. You will develop and maintain quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure product performance.

The role emphasizes strong problem solving, process control, and leadership to support new product development and manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality-related roles.
• Solid understanding of Quality Systems, Methods, and SPC.
• Knowledge of ITAR, PPAP, ISO9001, ISO13485 and AS9001.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge and Six Sigma expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a quality system continuous improvement program.
• Own the problem-solving process for quality and drive usage through quality team.
• Drive quality direction for new product development and commercialization to ensure manufacturability and performance.
• Establish and maintain CTQ specs, test plans, procedures, tools, and metrics to control manufacturing.
